All orders will be shipped within 3 -5 business days. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹500, and a flat rate of ₹50 for orders below ₹500. We use secure packaging to protect your items during transit and provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment. In case of any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Kothari Jewellers, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a convenient and hassle-free return and exchange policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be in original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that customized and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
